Providing Integrated Gender-Based Violence and Reproductive Health Services in Sudan 

Dear Sir/Madam, 

1. UNFPA, United Nations Population Fund, an international development agency, invites qualified organizations to submit proposals related to providing integrated Reproductive Health (hereafter RH) and Gender-Based Violence (hereafter GBV) services in Sudan. The purpose of the Invitation for Proposals is to identify eligible organizations for prospective partnership with UNFPA Sudan CO in 2025 to support the achievement of results outlined in section 1.3 below. 

 

2. To enable you to submit a proposal, please carefully read and complete the attached documents. You can download the invitation by clicking the “Document” button located at the bottom left of the screen.

3. Organizations that wish to participate in this Invitation for Proposals are requested to send their submission through email with the subject “NGO NAME - Invitation for Proposals 2025”. The submission shall reach the UNFPA Sudan CO email inbox: Sudan.office@unfpa.org no later than 31 July 2025, 4 PM (Sudan local time). 

4. The bid shall be opened by UNFPA on 4 August 2025 between 10:00 and 3:00 (Sudan local time). 

5. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time shall not be accepted under any circumstances. Bids submitted to any email address other than Sudan.office@unfpa.org shall be rejected. 

6. The proposals must be submitted in English

7. Before considering applying, please consult Working with UNFPA: Key information for UNFPA Implementing Partners on completing the Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) Assessment. 

8. UNFPA shall notify applying organizations whether it is considered for further action. 

9. Any questions relating to the attached documents shall be addressed in writing to the following UNFPA personnel no later than 30 June 2025, at 16:00 (Sudan local time). 

● Name of focal point Nour Abdulhak: abdulhak@unfpa.org for questions related to technical requirements. UNFPA will reply by return email before the deadline for submission of proposals. Do not submit your proposal to this contact, or your proposal will be disqualified.
