Request for Quotation No. UNFPA/SDN/RFQ/Sudanese Toub & Jalabyia/17/24
For the procurement of Sudanese Toub & Jalabyia for Kassala, Gadaref and River Nile State.
Dear Sir/Madam,
We hereby solicit your quotation for the supply of 18,000 Sudanese Toub & 18,000 Jalabyia for Kassala, Gadaref, and River Nile states.
This process is based on Fast Tracking Process (FTP), accordingly you have 48 hours to submit your quotation.
Requirements and specifications were described in Annex A. Quotation Forms (A).
Bidders are required to provide:

Technical specifications.
·
Prices DDP Kassala State, Gadaref State, River Niles State
can be in USD or SDG according to UNOR on the day of bids closure. Prices can be determined based on the delivery factor (we are targeting delivery to be in 3 days after award of contract.

Sample of Sudanese Toub & Jalabyia should be submitted to our office in Port Sudan before bidding closure time.
·
Delivery time.
·
Partial delivery it should be clearly mentioned.
·
Validity of the quotation.
·
Breakdown of the cost (cost of items, Transportation and loading & offloading).
·
Company legal documents must be included in the submission (Company registration, certificate, VAT Registration, Company profile, contracts or PO’s for the last 2 years with UN or NGO’s for similar items).
UNFPA reserves the right to submit a Purchase Order for all (quantity- Items) or partial according to requirements.
UNFPA reserves the right to issue returning pricing accordingly.

Clearly specify the following text in the subject line:
RFQ No. UNFPA/SDN/RFQ/Sudanese Toub & Jalabyis/17/24 US Dollars (USD). Conversion of currency into the UNFPA preferred currency shall be based only on UN Operational Exchange Rate prevailing at the time of competition deadline, which can be checked at http://treasury.un.org/operationalrates .
If payment is executed in US Dollar (USD), it is the Bidder’s responsibility to own a bank account in US Dollar (USD) registered in the name of the company and be authorized to receive electronic transfer (EFT) in US Dollar (USD).
