Request for Quotation No. UNFPA/SDN/RFQ/LIFT/03/22/03
Dear Sir/Madam,
We hereby solicit your quotation for the supply and installation of a lift, technically specified in the document below, and their AIR/SEA shipment to Khartoum, Sudan:
The goods and service delivery must be completed within a maximum period of 15 days upon issuance of PO. The quotation shall be valid at least for 30 days after the closing date mentioned below.
If you are interested in submitting a quotation for these items, kindly fill in the attached/below Quotation Form and send the signed and stamped version by email to the address indicated below:
Sending your offer to any email other than the aforementioned email will cause your bid to be disqualified automatically.
Please submit your quotation in SDG or USD currency. Conversion of currency into the UNFPA preferred currency, if the offer is quoted differently from what is required; shall be based only on UN Operational Exchange Rate prevailing at the time of competition deadline.
The currency of payment can be US Dollar (USD) or Sudanese Pound (SDG). If payment is executed in US Dollar (USD), it is the Bidder’s responsibility to own a bank account in US Dollar (USD) registered in the name of the company and be authorized to receive electronic transfer (EFT) in US Dollar (USD).
A purchase order will be awarded to the lowest bid technically compliant to the specifications detailed above in this RFQ document. Due consideration will be given to the quality of the products offered in the offers evaluation phase.
UNFPA reserves the right to submit a Purchase Order for all or part of destinations. UNFPA reserves the right to submit a Purchase Order for all or part of the requested quantities.
Your earliest response to this query would be highly appreciated, but not later than Tuesday 05/04/2022 @15:30 PM (Khartoum/Sudan time).
